How to eliminate body odor the natural way

It is a fact that the day we are born, we are prone to sweat either gently or profusely depending on our environment and our body. Sweating is a normal thing for us human beings, no one is exempted from this phenomenon not even animals. Thus, when we talk of sweat it is most likely synonymous to body odor.


But what is body odor? According to Mr.Webster "an unpleasant odor from a perspiring or unclean person". This is self explanatory......


Come to think of it, our sweat does not have any smell its the bacteria that produces the undesirable and unpleasant smell once it is in contact with our secretion. 


Body odor is curable and can be eliminated without any surgery or chemical regiments and below are the things that are tested to eliminate body odor the natural way.


Eating habit - food is one of the major contributors to body odor.A person who loves to eat spicy  food is definitely susceptible to having unpleasant smell. So if you suspect that spices are the main contributor, stay away and avoid consuming them.


Drink Fluids - Drinking water is the most basic. It replenishes loose body fluid and prevents the body from dehydrating. It eliminates toxins that causes odor.


Exercise - this activity releases the toxins from the body in the form of sweat.


Proper Hygiene -  taking a bath everyday freshens the body and make this a daily activity.
