Last week, I was writing an article about brown out, or power shortage as it is commonly known for it has been prolific in the sense that it is continuous. Recently, I was about to finish another article when suddenly another outage. I was in dismay for I have not save the article in my Microsoft word nor was It publish for me to share.
Everything was in topsy-turvy because of the power failure, hope this power failure ends for it gives me the headache unbearable.
