Tropical depression Helen to become super typhoon

Another terror lurks in the Philippines area of responsibility particularly in Manila, its capital. Just recently, the country was hit by typhoon Gener living the topography of the country an unfinished jigsaw puzzle, two weeks later heavy monsoon rains showered the metropolis and the country side,
depicting and giving life to the movie water world, literally flooding half of Manila, living thousands homeless, and almost hundred dead.

No tropical depression was spotted but tremendous and continuous rains in a span of four days transformed Manila and its neighboring cities a city of canals.

Once again the inhabitants of the capital city are terrified and petrified by a new tropical depression that could become a super typhoon. The tropical depression was spotted hovering in the premises of the country and was named Helen(international name: Kai-Tak). It is moving at a speed of 65kph and heading north towards Luzon.

Tropical depression Helen could worsen the scenario, The saturated soil from the previous storm and monsoon rains could not absord water, making the whole city under water. Water dams are also saturated which could contribute to more flooding for the government has no other options but to realease water once it reaches the critical level.
