A handful of friends have asked me on how to monetized a blog or website, a few days back I have written and shared an article on basically how to earn in the virtual world through blogging. Since I was asked again, let me share with you the easiest way to earn through affiliate marketing.
Google AdSense is an html script that you copy paste in your blog. Once you view your blog, it turned out an advertisement of someone Else's sites which promotes their services and product. It is a program that provides you advertisements to host them in your blog.
The question is how is income generated by displaying ads on your blog? It is very simple, there are two ways: first is cost per impression (c.p.m.) and second is cost per click (c.p.c.). C.P.M. as the word suggests depends on the number of visits that goes into your blog. The more traffic your blog has, the more income will be generated. C.P.C, on the other hand is the click that the displayed ads gets in your blog. But be wary clicking on your own ads will result to termination of your Google AdSense account. It tracks down your IP address and anything obscure will be dealt with accordingly.
Google AdSense is one of the many income generating aspects in the virtual world, and one of the easiest. It is not an overnight get rich program but in the long run it will make you rich. I have friends who are earning a thousand dollar a month and its not bad earning a substantial amount by just displaying ads.
