Jennifer Aniston Health Buff at 40
Almost all inhabitants in this planet are well aware of getting physically fit, but are they doing the right thing to achieve the right body mass index. I guess it would be roughly 30 percent of the whole populace doing the right thing and the rest fall short to their expectations.
Lets take an example of one of the hottest celebrity stars in Hollywood in the name of Jennifer Aniston. Jen is forty plus but still looking good and sexy.
Recently, she was advice to at least shed 30 pounds. She had a hard time for she was doing it the wrong way, until she met an instructor that helped her in her endeavor of loosing excess body weight and fat.
Jen eliminated or stream down her carb intake and went to consuming fibers and fruits. At first she was struggling but as days pass, she was able to adapt to her system and eventually developed the liking for salads and healthy protein which are rich in omega3 (fish).
Jennifer Aniston regularly hits the gym and lift some weights. She also do pilates to enhance her flexibility and balance.
